What is the difference between escape and economy on VIA Rail?
The difference between the two rates can be found by hovering your computer mouse over the fare column header. There are not only luggage restrictions, but also cancellation & ticket exchange rules. Escape fares are non-refundable, economy fares are refundable. Yes you would be in the same car.

What is difference between business and business plus on VIA Rail?
The only difference is in the flexibility of the fare - change fees and cancellation fees. You can see the same pattern with Economy and Economy Plus - same onboard experience, less change fees etc for the Plus.
What is included in sleeper plus on VIA Rail?
If you purchase a Sleeper Plus berth, which is essentially budget class plus a bed, you not only get meal service and access to the dome cars but you can enjoy the swanky Prestige Park Car. This bar car is far superior in service than the Skyline Cars and also has an upper-level dome car with comfortable seating.

A cabin for two is designed for two people. Mirror over sink with electrical razor outlet (110 vac.) Other: small closet, drinking water, paper and towels, pillows, sheets and blankets supplied.

There are at-your-seat power outlets in Economy class on the Renaissance train cars. However, there are no power outlets in the service car. There are also power outlets in your private cabin aboard other VIA Rail trains.
