You can bring vitamins in on a plane in your carry on bag. Vitamins are also permitted in checked luggage. There are no limits set on the amount of vitamins you can take on a plane. The TSA do not require passengers to pack solid vitamins in your quart bag.

Make sure your vitamins are in a 3.4-ounce or smaller container and include the container in a single quart-sized clear plastic resealable bag along with any other liquids.
