Do airlines bear responsibility if the shuttle bus is delayed?

Each passenger assumes personal and financial responsibility for any damage caused to the bus. The carrier assumes no responsibility for delays due to objective causes or for circumstances of "force majeure" and also in case of lost or stolen baggage on the bus or baggage compartment.
