Can I use a North American power bar in Europe?
You can use a USA standard power strip to power your devices using local current. Be aware if your device doesn't support multiple voltage input you will cook it.
Will a US power strip work in Europe?
Take a US power strip and plug it into a US to simple European plug adapter. Technically the power strip may not be rated for 240 volts (the voltage in Europe), but all of those devices are pretty low current so you should be OK.
