Maestro cards don't work in Cuba. WHY? Because of the US Embargo credit & global debit cards issued or cleared by US bank & US-affiliates are routinely and normally BLOCKED in Cuba. Don't expect a US-affiliated (or US-jurisdiction) card to work.
